The mission statement for the Cycling category is: "Ride more!" To support that we seek to have information on where to ride (touring & maps), who to ride with (clubs and organizations), how to ride ( Road, off-road, track, etc.), and everything else in between that makes cycling more interesting. Topics such as Triathlon can be found in their own categories. This is because these groups have their own culture and focus.
