The traditional music of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Brittany (in France), and Galicia (in Spain). This music is also found in areas which have historically come under the influence of Celtic regions, including parts of the US and the maritime provinces of Canada. The style also includes newer music based on the traditional Celtic sounds. Traditional instruments include the harp, fiddle, pipes and drums.
